Serves 4.
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 of a lemon, squeezed
- 1 pound Scallops
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
- 1/2 cup Margot's Morsels Killer Garlic, crumbled
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a shallow pan and add melted butter and lemon juice.

Add the scallops on top of the lemon butter and spread them around the pan evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed nuts, crumbled morsels, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

Pour the mixture over the top of the scallops and bake for approximately 25 minutes, depending on size or, until the scallops are opaque.
